Indigo is the symbol of inner awakening and ties in well with this blend, composed mainly of robusta species coffees and characterized by a remarkable mellowness on the back of the palate but totally devoid of acidity.

The coffees of Arabica species, used to a minimum, are those from the cultivations of the Brazilian region of Minas Gerais, recognized worldwide as one of the best production areas; the robustas, on the other hand, come from selected plantations in Africa, India.
