It is the result of the amalgamation of coffees of various origins: those of Arabica species, from crops in South and Central America.

In particular, from the Brazilian region of Minas Gerais, recognized worldwide as one of the best production areas, and from Colombian cultivations that, located at an altitude ranging from 1200 to 1400 meters allow the fruit to release all its floral characteristics; those of robusta species, from the high altitude cultivations of Ethiopia where the variety and mineral richness of the soils give the fruit unique nuances of taste and a flavor in the cup with perfectly balanced persistence and body.

The result is a perfect combination of the full, clean, and enveloping body of the robustas and the mild, pleasant acidity of the arabics for a top-notch blend that lets milk chocolate aromas and an aftertaste with slight caramel and floral notes emerge.
